Achla Designs Backless 4 ft Natural Bench, 48-in L

Our simplest and best-selling design is the 4' Backless Bench in Natural Oil finish. It is both utilitarian and attractive, with a sturdy and comfortable slatted seat. This bench is suitable for the garden, patio, porch, or indoors, making it a great resting spot, boot bench, or even for waiting or changing areas. Our wood benches are all made of sustainably harvested Eucalyptus grandis wood. To preserve the color and finish of the wood, it is recommended to reapply oil as needed to ensure the long life of unpainted furniture. Additionally, bringing wood furniture indoors or storing it under a waterproof cover during extreme weather months is also recommended.

The Backless Bench is large enough to easily seat two, with dimensions of 48” L x 15 ¾” W x 17” H. It is a popular style that provides guests with additional seating in waiting or changing areas, or on the patio or front porch. Adding a cushion to the slatted seat can provide additional comfort and flair.

Our benches are made of sustainably harvested Eucalyptus grandis wood and finished with a natural oil finish. Periodic reapplication of oil will preserve the deep reddish wood color and ensure longevity. If left to the elements, the wood will naturally age to a silvery grey, similar to teak, cedar, or acacia. It is recommended to protect the furniture indoors or with a cover during extreme weather months.
